Indian Railways announced the biggest recruitment of the year in the month of February 2018. Railway Recruitment Board is the responsible authority that conducts the examinations for the selection of candidates for the various posts in Indian Railways. RRB Mumbai Railway Recruitment Vacancy 2018
Being called a logistical challenge, RRB has invited candidates to apply for approximately 90,000 posts. RRB announced in its official notification about 26, 500 vacancy for ALP and Technicians posts and 62,907 vacancy for Group D Officer Posts. RRB Mumbai has a vacancy of 1101 posts for ALP & Technician where as 4625 vacancy for Group D Officer posts. 2.25 Crore Candidates have applied for the 90,000 posts. Approximately 36 Lakh candidates competed for the post of ALP & Technician nation wide and the remaining 1.89 Crore candidate are going to compete for the Group D Posts.
RRB Mumbai Railway Recruitment Application Procedure 2018
RRB Mumbai released the online link for the Application procedure on its official website. For Group C ALP and Technician post Applications were filled from 3rd February 2018 and for Group D posts is started from 10th February 2018. The last date of the application submission was on 31st March 2018. The candidate simply had to visit the official website and register themselves. The candidates were required to submit the scanned documents like ID, Caste certificates, educational certificate, Medical Certificate etc. The procedure of Application was conducted completely through an online system which was user friendly and easily understandable. All the eligible candidates had filled in the application form and are appearing for the examination and recruitment process.
RRB Mumbai Railway Recruitment Admit Card 2018
RRB Mumbai released the announcement for the availability of Admit card 4 days before the commencement of examination. For ALP & Technician CBT Stage 1 examination RRB Mumbai released the admit card on 05/08/2018. For Group D Officer CBT Examination RRB Mumbai announced the availability of Admit card from 13/09/2018. An admit card is an important document from the examination point of view. Any candidate in absence of admit card cannot be allowed to appear for the examination. Following steps can be used to download the Admit card.
- Visit the official website of RRB.
- Select the link of RRB Mumbai.
- You will be redirected to the official website of RRB Mumbai.
- Check the release notification of Admit Card.
- Submit the login details when asked.
- Admit card will appear on the new page tab.
- Verify all the details mentioned on the admit card.
- Download and print the admit card on an A4 size white paper.
RRB Mumbai Railway Recruitment Selection Procedure 2018
Selection Procedure for both the recruitment is a multilevel examination process. The examination is conducted in several stages to test candidates according to the eligibility and to keep the transparency in the recruitment process, RRB Mumbai defines the Selection Procedure for both the Recruitment as follows.

RRB Mumbai Railway Recruitment Result 2018
RRB Mumbai would release Railway Recruitment results for both the exams on its official website rrbMumbai.gov.in. RRB Mumbai ALP & Technician Result 2018 will be releasing in November 2018 and RRB Mumbai Group D Result 2018 will be announced in January 2019 most tentatively. The result dates will be announced for the first stage of CBT in the end year. Further more the selection will be conducted and repetitive results will be announced on official website. Once all the selection procedure is completed RRB Mumbai will release the Final Allotment List of the candidate who would be selected for each posts.
